Your complete home sadhana
By now you have all the tools and have been practicing for the past 5 months to be able to put together as well as adapt a home practice sequence, your sadhana, that suits your needs and lifestyle. Writing it down will help you to refine it, remember it, and have it available to refer to. Please, using a pencil and paper first, as clearly as possibly, note your home practice sequence. Then, please share your sadhana by writing it down on the FB group page! I also would like you to share a video of yourself sharing one of your favorite practices, which could be an asana, a flow, a meditation, a pranayama, or a mantra. Be brave! It takes great vulnerability and bravery to share something on video. Remember your classmates are in the same boat. Sharing what you love may truly inspire and help someone else. Step up and exercise your throat chakra!
