30 minute Prana Vinyasa yoga practice. All the essentials. Breathe deep!!

Gentle Prana Flow. 45 minutes. A gentle practice designed to tone and open your entire body and spirit. Sync your breath with your movements while flowing smoothly through simple transitions. Combine strengthening with stretching to create balance in the body and mind.

Let Prayer Take Shape. 60 minutes. A grounding, prayerful flow to balance the nervous system and let love move through us.

Strength and Grace. 60 minutes. A steady flow to cultivate the sacred balance between strength and grace, action and rest.

Emotion is Energy in Motion- Move Your Anger, Make a Change. 60 minutes. A dynamic, challenging flow with options for all levels. The sequence helps us to move intense emotions, transform anger into action, and catalyze ourselves to be the change we wish to see in the world.

Fearless Flow. 60 minutes. A dynamic flow with options for all levels with the intention to build stamina and courage. I look forward to sharing a powerful hand mudra called the Fearless Heart mudra, and teaching a balancing pose I consider to be an embodiment of courage.

Liquid Power. 60 minutes. Intermediate Prana Flow.

One part easy flow, One part restorative yoga. One part BLISS. 60 minutes. Today's class will be a truly gentle practice that is meant to help restore our shaken nervous systems while elevating our mood to boost the immune system. We will need a blanket and a bolster: this is how you make a DIY one: stuff 2 pillows in one pillowcase!

Prana Vinyasa. 60 minutes. Embrace your sensuality and cultivate your sacred strength. Practice graceful, powerful transitions to ride the waves of life with more confidence and ease. Return to your body and the magnificent light of your true nature through movement medicine and meditation. Intermediate level.

Slow Flow. 60 minutes. Slow, yet powerful, Prana Flow practice to cultivate your calm and your strength.

Wring Out Worry, Shake Out Stress, Jump for Joy. 60 minutes. A challenging cardio vinyasa class to get you sweating and smiling. Some experience recommended.

Freedom Flow. 75 minutes. Starts with a prayerful song I chant for all. Offered by donation for undocumented workers.

Strength and Grace Prana Vinyasa Yoga. 75 minutes. A gently challenging practice for all levels starting with dynamic flowing sequences combined with deep breaths, and winding down with Shavasana and meditation.

Strength and Grace Flow. 75 minutes. This is a multi level flow class guided by deep breath work with the intention to help us all release tension, find our calm center, and boost our immune system. If you have them, be ready with a mat, two blocks, and a blanket. If you don’t, no worries, we can make do! Practice on the floor, get some kind of blanket or cushion, and if you know you’ve got tight hips see if you can find a set of matching book stacks about 5 inches high.

Prana Flow. 75 minutes. Full spectrum.

Honey Sweet. 75 minutes. Gentle flow.

Heartfelt Flow. 75 minutes. Gentle and soothing. A very heartfelt and special Prana Vinyasa yoga and meditation offering for you. This is a practice that has been very personal for me this season, what I have needed to soothe and care for myself when feeling stressed.
