Supine Poses

Supine poses are grounding, relaxing, and gentle on the body. They are accessible to almost everyone, and always a good option no matter if you're feeling a bit too tired or ill for many standing or more dynamic postures. In a more full spectrum practice, they are usually best placed at the end of your sequence, after some warm up, and concluding with the ultimate relaxation posture, Shavasana, which is where your entire practice is integrated.
