Chandra namaskar 

This namaskar, named after the moon, is one of my favorite and most often used warm up practices! And if I don’t have time for anything else- I usually do this, even for just 10 minutes if it’s all I have. There are plenty of ways to modify it too, like skip the vinyasa transition or just do cat/cow in it’s place. You can even keep your hands on your front knee instead of lifting them up to soften the practice even more. I also highly recommend placing a folded blanket under your knee for a more luxurious experience. This practice is really juicy, heart opening, and hip flexor opening. It is great to prepare you for deeper backbends!
